Garmin GPSMAP® 1242xsv Without Transducer

The Garmin GPSMAP 1242xsv is a 12-inch chartplotter and sonar combination operated by a keypad and control knob. It has a 10 Hz GPS and GLONASS receiver and is preloaded with Garmin Navionics+ coastal and inland charts. Built-in 1 kW sonar covers traditional CHIRP, CHIRP ClearVü and CHIRP SideVü, and the unit supports Panoptix and LiveScope; this version is supplied without a transducer, which is bought separately. It networks over NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183 and the Garmin Marine Network, and has Wi-Fi for the ActiveCaptain app and ANT wireless for compatible Garmin devices. Bail and flush mount kits and a protective cover are supplied.
