Gibbs Highliner Guide Series Flasher - Jelly

Gibbs developed the Guide Series Highliner flashers with input from local guides and anglers, matching each blade and tape to a wide range of conditions. Rather than simply rolling, a Highliner kicks, darts and sways, which brings a trailing lure to life and sends out vibration. Holographic tape reflects light, UV pigments add visibility, and two ball bearing swivels keep it turning smoothly. 11 x 3.5 in.
