Pencil Lead Roll

Float fishing with pencil lead is a simple and practical method used to control bait depth and presentation when using a float (bobber). Pencil lead can be cut into small pieces and gently wrapped around the fishing line below the float. This added weight helps the bait sink naturally and keeps it suspended at a consistent depth, making it effective for targeting species that feed mid-water or near the bottom.
