Scotty 428 Gear Head Mount

The Scotty 428 Gear Head Mount is a drop-and-lock base for smaller rod holders: the holder is set in place and repositioned with a twist. It comes with a star knob bolt and a 412 post mount, and can be paired with an extender to bring the rod closer.
