Westcoast Fishing Tackle Rockfish Descender

A 6.5-inch descending device for returning rockfish and other bottom fish to depth. Lowered slowly with a weight attached, it lets a fish affected by pressure change recompress on the way down instead of being left at the surface. It can be run from a fishing rod or from a downrigger.
