Yakima Maxi Jig

The Yakima Bait Maxi Jig is a marabou steelhead jig, most often fished under a float so that it hangs just off the bottom. The tail is marabou with strands of Flashabou, which pulses in the current. The ball head is sealed under a two-part urethane overcoat with UV brightener that protects the paint from chipping, and the hook is an Owner 2X-strong, pre-sharpened single. The hook eye is cleared of paint so the leader can be tied on straight away. It is sold singly in a range of sizes and colours.
