Hornady American Whitetail in 243 Winchester, loaded with a 100 grain InterLock boat-tail soft point bullet. This is the maker's deer-season line: bullet weights long used for deer, at conventional velocities. The InterLock ring inside the jacket locks the core and jacket together as the bullet expands. Hornady notes the loads also suit semi-automatic rifles.
